Job Description

**Title:** Change Control Team Leader KBR is a Global diversified services company, working in over 40 countries with customers in over 80. Sellafield Limited has identified the need for project and programme management support under a collaborative partnership model, to deliver major projects across the Sellafield Decommissioning Programme. This is a high profile, nationally significant, multi billion pound project, this phase of which will run for the next 20 years. KBR is the Integration Partner responsible for the provision of project management and related services to integrate and delivery major projects. Change Control Team Leader To forecast, control and report project costs needed. Developing and providing project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports. Reviewing project costs incurred by category, calculating future costs based on labour productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis. Under general direction, using specialised knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems. Establishing priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. Using judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Relying upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of project controls to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. Major functions include: + Maintaining registers + Providing period end report data + Regular change management meetings + Performing cost impact estimates + Collating change packages (PVNs, CCRs, etc.) + Coordination with commercial etc Candidates will need a good awareness of how critical path networks are applied to project schedules to support any additional time that may be claimed arising from a change. **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 KBR is a global provider of differentiated professional services and technologies across the asset and program lifecycle within the Government Solutions and Energy sectors.
