We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Analyst to join our transformation team at Ramsay Health Care UK Change Analyst Competitive | Homebased | Fixed term 1 year | 37.5 The role Due to significant team expansion ahead of a major upgrade to our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system for sites already live, followed by the rollout of the EPR system at our remaining sites, a number of exciting new positions have arisen within Ramsay Health Care's EPR project to join the Transformation Team. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling Ramsay Health Care to achieve its strategic aims and goals in relation to the implementation of an EPR system. You will be required to deliver a complex programme of work which will include delivering organisational wide change initiatives, realising the benefits of the project. Using your working knowledge of hospital processes, either from experience of working in a Ramsay unit or for another hospital organisation (private or NHS), you will be able to interpret complex and often ambiguous information, presenting it in a clear and coherent way to a variety of different audiences in engineering new processes and ways of working. The role requires you to work as part of the Transformation Team, working closely with other areas of the Project Team such as the Clinical, Billing, Configuration, Testing and Training workstreams to develop complex, multi-disciplinary solutions. You will be expected to have excellent communication and people skills to enable you to gain the support and trust of staff, which will be vital when implementing the EPR to varied staff groups with varying IT knowledge and skills. You will be expected to have excellent computer skills and have a proven ability in learning new software and processes themselves quickly and effectively. You will be required to act as a knowledge expert regarding the EPR solution and will receive appropriate training to meet this requirement. Key Responsibilities and Attributes * Provide advanced support to the Ramsay units as well as other workstreams within the EPR Project Team by interpreting new business process requirements when presented with complex scenarios. * Confident in leading face-to-face and remote transformation workshops to support hospital teams in a smooth transition to using an EPR system and adopting new standardised processes. * Suggest more efficient, safer and reliable process solutions when analysing existing business processes to maximise the potential benefits of the new EPR solution. * Produce process documentation (such as process maps and SOPs) to an excellent standard following engagement with staff through running and contributing to remote and face-to-face process workshops and discussions. * Work constructively as part of a dynamic, remote team while also being able to work autonomously and effectively managing their own time to meet demanding deadlines. * Ability and willingness to travel and stay away from home as the role will require travel to Ramsay sites across England, with overnight stays, on a regular basis. There will be significant travel requirements as part of this role. During parts of the project plan where transformation and training workshops are taking place, or other on-site support, this may involve staying away for a full week at a time two weeks in three (intended as a rough guide). Weekend work will at times also be required, such as for dress rehearsal and Go Live cutover activities.
