EEO/AA/M/F/Disabled/Vets Job Description : Change Management Lead We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead at the Director and/or VP level, who will be responsible for managing and guiding the overall change program for multiple transformation and change programs. This individual will define change across all areas of focus including communications, leadership, stakeholder engagement and action planning, end-user training, organizational alignment and capability transfer. This role will develop change management strategies and approaches, with assistance from others, and managing their execution. Location: Position can be virtual and ideally based out of: Princeton, NJ New York City, NY Sydney, Australia London, UK Job Responsibilities: * Assess leadership alignment to define and execute leadership engagement plans * Conduct stakeholder assessments and engagement plans, assess change impacts and define appropriate change actions * Define and execute change readiness assessments, communications strategy and detailed plan * Design, develop, and implement communications toolkits, vehicles and messaging * Oversee work performed by members of the change management/communications and training teams * Manage business units change network * Ability to drive change at executive level * Coordinate training resources on delivery through train-the-trainer sessions * Review existing training materials and determine appropriateness and relevance for the new design / functionality * Monitor training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date; make updates as necessary Qualifications: * Looking for an individual with 10+ years of relevant work experience * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required * Strong communication (written and oral), facilitation and organizational skills * Strong knowledge of Human Resources operational processes * Demonstrated history of success leading a business through a significant transformation initiative * Experience working with globally diverse partners or leading cross-functional teams * Ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization * Ability to adapt and work across different cultures and with a variety of leaders from different backgrounds and experiences About News Corp News Corp is a global diversified media and information services company focused on creating and distributing authoritative and engaging content to consumers and businesses throughout the world.
