Changes to our terms
We may change these terms. If we make changes we will notify you through your account and if you continue to use this site you will be deemed to have accepted the changed terms. We may also change at any time the services offered by this site and we may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.
Use of this site
This site is for use by employers, recruiters and other interviewers and candidates. Given the purpose of this site, we expect you will behave professionally in posting content, but to be clear, the content you post:
- must be true;
- must not infringe any laws or any rights of any person;
- must not promote other goods or services;
- must not be offensive.
You agree to indemnify us against any third party claims arising from your use
of the site and any content that you post. We may remove any content that
you post.
You may not attempt to subvert the security of this site. You must keep your
password confidential and not share it with anyone else.
Records
Subject to Liability below, we will retain videos for at least one year from the date recorded, provided that the interviewer maintains a paid subscription. We may delete videos after 60 days from when an interviewer's paid subscription ends. For trial accounts that are not converted to paid accounts, we may delete videos 60 days from when the interview is opened to applicants.
Pricing
Please contact us to discuss a custom package. A person or legal entity may not have more than one trial account. Once full payment is received, the service is considered complete.
Liability
We do not check the accuracy of content posted by users of this site and we
do not accept any liability for such content. You should check any content
before relying on it. You are responsible for any content that you post.
We try hard to keep this site up and running, but sometimes there may be
problems. We will also sometimes need to take the site down to do
maintenance. We do not accept any liability for outages.
Overall, the site is provided "as is" and any implied terms are excluded from
these terms to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't accept any
liability for any errors in its operation or guarantee any functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in relation to
these terms and your use of this site, whether arising in contract, tort
(including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise will be limited to
£100 and we will not be liable for any loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data or
business or any indirect or consequential losses so arising.

These Advertiser Terms are entered into by you and EMPLOYERTUBE. The term "you" refers to the organisation listed on the account you created, which by doing you represent you have the authority to agree to this Agreement for that party.
You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of, and bind to this Agreement, any third party for which you generate advertising. You also agree that:Your use of EMPLOYERTUBE is subject to all our terms and policies, including our privacy policy. Our policies may be modified at any time.
You are solely responsible for all advertised listings content, advertising options selected and ensuring that feeds are correct and up to date at all times and in line with all technical and quality guidelines. You accept that EMPLOYERTUBE may modify or remove content at any time. You agree that EMPLOYERTUBE may display your content on its website as well as distribute such content to carefully selected third party partners.
You shall not advertise anything illegal or engage in any illegal or fraudulent business practice in any state or country where your listings content is displayed. You represent and warrant that all your information is correct and current; you hold and grant EMPLOYERTUBE and its partners all rights to copy, distribute and display your content, and that your content and website will not violate any applicable laws.
You shall not include any personal data (as defined by the GDPR) in any listings content you provide to EMPLOYERTUBE
We will process any personal data collected from job-seekers in accordance with applicable requirements of the GDPR.
You shall indemnify and defend ADFUTURE its agents, affiliates, and licensors from any third party claim or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of EMPLOYERTUBE
You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of, and bind to this Agreement, any third party for which you generate advertising. In addition to the Advertiser terms above, you also agree that: EMPLOYERTUBE will process any personal data collected from job-seekers in accordance with applicable requirements of the GDPR.
EMPLOYERTUBE will make reasonable endeavours to traffic the advertising in the most effective method but does not guarantee that any applications will be received for the advertised job and no refunds are payable for non-fulfilment of the role.

You agree that ADFUTURE may display your content on its website as well as distribute such content to carefully selected third party partners. Advertising is not accepted for Business opportunities, Multi-level marketing (MLM), Referral marketing, Positions requiring upfront fees (directly or indirectly), Pornography, adult or mature content. ADFUTURE will remove from the website any advertising not complying with these conditions without refund.

No refunds are payable on termination if you violate this Agreement. ADFUTURE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the advertiser, however caused. ADFUTURE aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid or payable to ADFUTURE as determined by these terms.You are solely responsible for all advertised listings content, advertising options selected and ensuring that job ads are correct and up to date at all times and in line with all technical and quality guidelines. You accept that may ADFUTURE modify or remove content at any time.

Partner Terms
These Partner Terms are entered into by you and. EMPLOYERTUBE The term EMPLOYERTUBE or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. EMPLOYERTUBE shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular applicant or site for participation in the Partner Program.
Your obligations:
To ensure that your website(s) at all times comply with EMPLOYERTUBE policies and all applicable laws, including all applicable requirements of the GDPR. To ensure that EMPLOYERTUBE job listings or any other content syndicated to you only appears on the agreed website(s). To display the job listings on your website, app or emails to your users. Not to syndicate ADFUTURE job listings to other websites or use them for any other purpose other than the partnership.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement and participation in the Program at one month's notice by sending a notice by email to the contact email address specified by EMPLOYERTUBE in the case of EMPLOYERTUBE, and to the email address specified in the Program in the case of Publisher. Upon termination of a publisher from the Program, for any reason and by either party, Publisher shall immediately remove all EMPLOYERTUBE content from all pages of its websites.
Confidentiality
Publisher shall not disclose EMPLOYERTUBE Confidential Information without EMPLOYERTUBE prior written consent. " EMPLOYERTUBE Confidential Information" includes without limitation: (a) all EMPLOYERTUBE software, technology, programming, specifications, materials, guidelines and documentation relating to the Program; any other information designated in writing by EMPLOYERTUBE as "Confidential" or an equivalent designation.
General
EMPLOYERTUBE makes no warranty that (i) the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free; (ii) any errors in the service will be corrected. EMPLOYERTUBE will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the publisher from participation in the program, however, caused. In no event shall EMPLOYERTUBE aggregate liability exceed the number of fees then due to the publisher as determined by these terms. EMPLOYERTUBE reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
