Job Description

This role exists in the Global HR Systems team to lead and manage the work associated with the integrations from and to our global people systems, predominantly Workday. Job Title: Workday Integrations Lead Job Description: Workday has been implemented at Dentsu Aegis Network and is the strategic HR platform, providing worker data to other global systems for payroll, joiner, mover and leaver processes as well as data hubs to inform business decisions. TheWorkday integration leadis acritical role,ensuring that the HR technical solutions fit into the defined and agreed Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) technical architecture. The role is pivotal to building on existing integrations, improving where needed and supportingthe successful implementation of new integrations as the landscape evolves. The role holder will work closely with the followingkeystakeholdergroups: * DAN HR& IT Globally * Wider DAN Management Teams * SI Partner Responsibilities * Maintenance and monitoring of existing integrations * Providing best practice solutions through APIs, core connectors and workday studio * Management of resources to support the above activity (working virtually) * Managing key stakeholders including the global platforms senior management team Candidate Profile * Extensive experience of HRIS applications and systems, including the implementation of Workday * Advanced consultative skills and mind set to enable engagement with SI and internal functions (HR & IT) * The ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-digest language for a client audience that might not necessarily understand how SaaS HR Solutions work or should be implemented compared to traditional on prem ERPs * Excellent communicator with ability to flex style depending on audience combined with strong influencing skills to build rapport and deliver through others * Inclusive and collaborative style to build strong relationships with both stakeholders at all levels What you'll get from us Dentsu Aegis Network is a fantastic place to work with many great benefits on offer including 25 days' annual holiday, Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme, and get your Birthday day off!
