We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Lead to join our People Team, either in London or Bristol. Reporting to our People Operations Director, you will be a crucial part of the People team and will have day to day responsibility for the delivery of data and reporting, championing data quality and effective use of the Workday system. The ideal candidate will exhibit self motivation, excellent communication skills and will have significant experience of working within Workday to produce reporting and driving the effectiveness of Workday throughout businesses. This is a unique, challenging and exciting role for an experienced reporting specialist as our group continues to grow, with Workday reporting playing an integral role. What will I be doing? * Creating reports and dashboards and delivering insight for the People team to track and measure important metrics around talent, performance, diversity and inclusion, and retention. * Monitoring and providing data and analysis on potential people risks, trends and competitors. * Providing insights and analysis to help the People Team improve employee experience and communicate the employee roadmap. * Always thinking about how we could better understand and add value to our employees and stakeholders and engage with them through improved analytics. * Responsible for data quality and continuous improvement and usefulness of Workday data. * Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to ensure they understand the value and effectiveness of Workday. * Drive best practices and make recommendations for a standard operating model around data and reporting. Is this the job for me? * Detailed understanding of Workday Reporting processes and best practices * Strong experience in Workday report writing and best practices for HR reports * Ability to translate large data sets into actionable stories * Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to present & articulate data & insights to both users and Senior stakeholders including C-Suite * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy. * Proven ability to effectively organise, prioritise, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. * You will be able to adapt to a very fast paced changing environment and know that nothing is impossible! * Ability to work independently being remotely managed.
