We are looking for a Workday ERP Manager to join our HQ team. The Workday ERP Manager is the owner of ERP systems and technologies. ERP systems take all the data from a company and create a cohesive data system, without any data duplication. The Workday ERP Manager is responsible for the administration, ongoing maintenance and support of the Workday platform with a full implementation of Finance and Adaptive Insights; working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop solutions and optimise processes, to ensure data consistency, data integrity, and accurate generation and reporting of information. What you'll be doing: * Act as an advisor to the VP Finance, the Management Team and the Finance&Controlling team. * Oversee a team dedicated to Workday and Adaptive Insight implementation, including business process configuration, data architecture, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, documentation, reporting and training * Work with external resources as needed * Work closely with functional areas and additional stakeholders to oversee and implement efficient solutions while managing deadlines, team workflow and resources * Support system management, including configuration updates, integrations and upgrades. * Ensure data integrity that supports key reporting, compliance, regulatory and legal requirements * Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality * Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders such as for example HR and IT as well as external providers. * Be the Finance technology expert, be the voice of technology and innovation within the Finance&Controlling team. What you'll Need: * Documented experience from a similar role, Workday consultancy, specialist or analyst. If you've been part of implementation projects, that's a bonus! * A great service mind and the ability to prioritise and provide quick support to internal stakeholders, colleagues, employees and managers * A passion for automation, processes and systems * Good knowledge about the different disciplines and processes within Finance&Controlling * Experience from an international environment * A good understanding of different local conditions and finance requirements * A "can do attitude" and an open mindset to find solutions in a rapid growing environment where we are constantly developing our company, our ways of working and ourselves.
