Job Description

We're partnered with a global brand based in London that have recent implemented Workday and need support optimising their Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. Details: * £80,000 + Bonus Responsibilities/ Requirements: * 3 years or more experience with Workday * Must have experience configuring Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. * Assist the organization in planning and implementing Workday by creating documentation, training staff and overall BAU support. * Analyze current HR data management process to assess key trends, performance and issues related to HR data and information. Develop solutions to solve any issues found, working with management and key stakeholders to ensure the solution is optimized. * Using Workday Report writer you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintain reports and dashboards. * Participate in performance management system setups ensuring appropriate security and access is applied. * Assist with all HRIS application upgrades and testing. * Manage and participate in the implementation of new HRIS projects, identifying resources, communicating with management and overseeing successful delivery of ongoing projects.
