Job Requirements As part of Mars' Workday transformation and implementation, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Manager to lead on the introduction of Workday Skills Cloud and the upgrading of our competencies into a range of talent processes including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and rewards. What are we looking for? + Previous experience working on a Workday implementation, migrating from another HCM platform + Deep understanding of Workday Skills Cloud and it's use within various talent processes + Previous experience of implementing Workday Skills Cloud into a multinational organization + Experience in talent competencies, e.g. Lominger/Korn Ferry + Digitally savvy, able to stand alone and comfortable influencing stakeholders of all levels + Out of the box thinking and the ability to connect the dots and shape how to do things differently What would your key responsibilities be? + Project manage the implementation of Workday Skills Cloud into Mars alongside the ongoing Workday HCM project + Manage the upgrade of our competencies in partnership with Korn Ferry and embed them into the respective talent processes + Work closely with process leads from the respective talent areas to define what best practice looks like and influence changes in the way we do things today What can you expect from Mars? + Competitive salary + Remote working (be based anywhere in Europe or east coast US) + Flexible working (work hours that suit you, the role could also be part-time) + Opportunity to work on a global transformation project and influence how we will do things in this space moving forward
