A multinational engineering & technology organisation is seeking an interim business change analyst to support their international Workday HR implementation. The global Workday Business Change Lead described this role as "a key role to create a practical change toolkit for the Workday deployment and bring both HR and business stakheolders along on the journey". Working closely with the Global Business Change Lead, your remit will be to engage with the established change champion network across multiple sites and locations, create detailed change impact/readiness assessments, contribute to the training needs analysis and support wider change management activities across the HRIS / Workday programme. You'll also ensure that key change impacts are included in future communications messages and training approach. Skills and experience sought are: * Track-record of developing and shaping change toolkits for HR transformation programmes * Extensive track-record of creating change impact assessments, training needs analysis and change readiness assessments * Demonstrable experience of supporting the delivery of change activity for Cloud HRIS deployment initiatives, preferably Workday * Demonstrable experience of working with a change champion network across multiple sites * Experience of identifying the impact of changing HR processes for both HR users and business stakeholder * Experience of performing a change management role in international and complex organisations - ideally with multiple divisions * Excellent understanding of how to align change management activity with project timescales This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured Workday deployment programme and an exciting change journey.
