Job Description
A fast-paced financial services organisation is seeking a Workday HRIS Manager on a FTC basis to manage the international HRIS team for 12 months. The hiring manager described this role as "critical role to assist the organisation to maximise its Workday investment the efficiency of the HRIS team, whilst gearing us up for major HR technology change in the coming months". Your remit will be to lead and co-ordinate the efforts of the offshore and international Workday HRIS team, prioritise Workday systems change, support requests and overall release management activities. It will also focus on working closely with the HR Operations team to understand business priorities to ensure Workday and associated integrated HR systems meet requirements. In addition to team leadership responsibilities you will be involved in scoping and defining an upcoming HR technology programme - particularly focused on identifying optimum Recruitment, Learning and Talent solutions. The hiring manager is seeking the following skills and experience: * Robust technical understanding of Workday (background in configuration desirable) * Track-record of team leadership / people management of matrix teams or international HR systems resources - ideally in Workday environments * Experience of tracking, managing and delivering continuous improvement HRIS projects * Release management experience in SaaS environment * Experience of testing and deployment of Workday functionality - such as module releases or upgrades * Ability to work under pressure with often changing priorities * Demonstrable track-record of effective project reporting, governance and tracking This is an excellent opportunity to join an established HRIS team in a fast-paced organisation who are seeking to undertake significant change.
