Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth. Workday Integration Developer (System Support Area) Location: Warszawa/Krakow/remote The Workday Integration Developer position is a part of the Global Workday organization and is responsible for ongoing support specific to PwC's Workday implementation. The role * Fix and enhance integrations between business systems including resolving users' issues * Analyze impact of functional changes on integrations * Contribute to change management process including functional requirements identification and validation * Create and deliver appropriate system support documentation and knowledge articles Area of responsibility * Investigate and analyze complex technical incidents received from L1 support and identify if root cause is data, configuration, or technical issue * Perform impact analysis, recommend solution, implement changes for issues detected in Workday custom integrations * Identify possible performance improvements for Workday custom integrations * Recognize patterns/ re-occurrence of incidents, and propose technical and process improvements to minimize volume/ magnitude of impact * Participate in ticket escalation meetings with L3 support to discuss investigation and solution strategies * Collaborate effectively with Workday support specialists across modules or business areas within the greater team, and raise tickets to appropriate group when work is out of scope of Workday Technical Team's supported area or application * Peer review teammates' solution and deliverables Candidate profile * At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workday integration analyst/ developer in an implementation or support project * Previous experience in Workday APIs, Payroll (PECI/ PICOF), and Studio Integrations required, preferably coupled with Workday Certifications * Adept at IT industry processes/ methodologies (e.g. SDLC, Agile) for implementing integration fixes and enhancements from design to production post deployment validation * Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests * Understand the nature of business within a large multinational organization (e.g. time zone differences, cultural diversity, offshore colleagues) * Excellent communication and analytical skills * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team * Fluent English We offer * Career development and professional growth in a global team setting * Ability to pursue further professional development - access to the multiple trainings provided by Workday and PwC * Participation in multi-territory activities within the Workday platform support area * Competitive salary and benefits package, including private healthcare, life and disability insurance, attractive voucher program * Opportunity to engage in after-hours sports activities and team building events * Inspiring and friendly work environment * Your career development plan tailored to your preferences and ambitions * The office in a convenient location in the center of Warsaw and Krakow, or the possibility to work from home for candidates from other locations PwC Advisory spoka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia sp.k. or another PwC entity which runs a recruitment process - list of entities: with its registered seat in Warsaw (00-633), Polna 11 Street, ("PwC" or "we") will be the controller of your personal data submitted in your application for a job.
