Job Title: Apprenticeship Learner Engagement Administrator Salary: £20,000 Location: Burgess Hill Hours: 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch break) An excellent opportunity for an Apprenticeship Learner Engagement Administrator has arisen to join a dynamic and lively team in Burgess Hill. Our client is seeking a professional, committed and flexible individual who is naturally caring and conscientious in order to provide the highest level of service and support. Key responsibilities: To ensure all telephone enquiries and emails are completed and dealt with in a timely manner Efficiently use IT systems to input, update and maintain relevant databases Maintain electronic files Organise, assist and invite relevant parties to Taster / Assessment Days Effectively communicate via letter and emails Oversee completion of surveys General office duties and curriculum support The Person: Excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills Welcoming telephone manner and high customer service skills Willing to work as part of a team Good written and communication skills Confident IT skills Full Driving licence Travail Employment Group is operating as an Employment Agency.
