We are recruiting for a Guest Experience Manager to join us at Hale Country Club and Spa, Cheshire's premier health spa. Set in the heart of Cheshire, Hale Country Club and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury and class leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym, magnificent health spa and sumptuous Japanese fine dining restaurant, nowhere offers more for it's members. This opportunity is vital to the overall guest experience for our member's. The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our guest journey from entry through to departure is seamless and delivers on member expectations. Moreover, as the Experience Manager you will be tasked with developing departmental standard operating procedures whilst consistently exploring opportunities for service improvements. You will take the lead on any and all guest enquiries, requests and potential complaints ensuring that our impeccable customer service standards are delivered. You will be responsible for the development, training and mentoring of your team.
