About the job: The Carlton Tower, Jumeirah has an exciting opportunity for a talented Guest Relations Manager to perform their craft in our luxurious hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of the role are: * To lead the Guest Relations function at the hotel to ensure that all guests experience the highest levels of luxury service throughout their stay with us * Lead, motivate and develop our guest relations colleagues to support with continuing service excellence * Engage and build relationships with colleagues, regular guests, first time guests, residents and non-residents, quickly assessing guests needs and flexing style appropriately * To meet and welcome regular and VIP guests in accordance with Jumeirah and the hotel's Guest Recognition Programmes * Partner with other leaders within the business to ensure the smooth flow of communication between key departments in order to enhance levels of guest service * Remain calm, composed and in control in all situations, and effectively handle all guest feedback * Monitor Guest Relations desk activities by actively participating in guest interactions * Demonstrate and lead by example in execution of the service steps * Sense guest needs and quickly responds to maximum satisfaction (i.e. service coordination and timely execution).
