Guest Services Manager - Nights, Michelin Starred Country House Hotel, Berkshire up to 27k We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager to join this Michelin starred Country House Hotel * Guest Services Manager - Nights Michelin Starred Country House Hotel. * Berkshire location * Night shifts only * World famous establishment * Salary package up to 27k About the Hotel This beautiful hotel sits in 240 acres of picturesque parkland, an equestrian centre, polo fields, kids club and plenty of outdoor pursuits, this hotel has more than enough to keep even the most active guest entertained. The restaurant was proudly awarded the Michelin star of excellence and showcases a modern outlook on classic British dishes with stunning views across the terrace. For a more relaxed and rustic dinning experience where muddy boots are most welcome then there is also a 2AA Rosette restaurant which offers a delicious brasserie style menu of comfort food in an informal setting. Working as a Guest Services Manager - Nights As a Guest Services Manager you will be working night shifts leading the Front of House operation to provide an exceptional guest experience, from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Front of House, offer support and guidance to the team, ensure a lobby presence at all times especially at peak times, greeting and meeting guests, ensuring all VIP guests are met. Handle and oversee complaints, responsible for the training and performance of the team, create daily reports and being responsible for the end of day run. The successful person will be passionate about putting guests first, lead from the front, have previous supervisory or duty manger experience, knowledge of Opera would be advantageous and must have good written and spoken English along with outstanding personal presentation and grooming.
