Overview

Hampton's Resourcing are working with a Children's Special Education Provider who are recruiting for an experienced Divisional Finance Manager. The role will be home based with regular travel. You will be responsible for challenging and supporting the Operational / Commercial side of the business, allowing us to maximise opportunities and drive business performance. We are looking for someone who has You Will Also Be Responsible For Responsibility for the month-end process and delivery of the management accounts Management of the accounts timetable Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables teams. Develop business intelligence reports for Education deliverables, Profit and Loss, cashflow etc. Extract and use data to provide insightful, clearly presented analysis An action orientated approach, going further than presenting data to drive action and positively influence decision making Provide challenge and support to Directors and their teams Embed continuous improvement mindset to ensure better sourcing decisions and productivity improvements Identify internal best practice and monitor external best practice / data to provide excellent analysis and relevant benchmarking for performance What We Are Looking For An experienced Finance Manager who has worked in an Education or Care setting Sage 200 experience would be beneficial Experience with SFA Funding An accounting qualification; ACCA / CIMA or equivalent Excellent communication skills who can influence at all levels Understanding and experienced in BI reporting packages Salary - up to £45,000 If you are interested in this position or would like to have a confidential discussion to find out further details, then please email Apply Now with your CV or call James on 01926 356546.
