Assistant Divisional Nurse- Nursing Practice Development and Research, Nottingham Children's Hospital As part of Nottingham Childrens Hospital's commitment to building a reputation as a world class provider of nursing excellence in the care of neonates, children and young people, we are seeking to appoint a senior nursing leader into a new role as Assistant Divisional Nurse for Nursing Practice Development and Research. Working with a vision of "delivering excellence in everything we do", the Assistant Divisional Nurse will lead on developing excellence in nursing practice and research development across Nottingham Children's Hospital and Neonatal Services. This is a key leadership role within Nottingham Children's Hospital and Neonatal Services, supporting and enabling the Deputy Divisional Nurse for Family Health/Lead Nurse for Nottingham Children's Hospital and Clinical Associate Professor in relation to nursing practice development, research, innovation and improvement activity. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and influential registered nurse to join Nottingham Children's Hospital, someone who has a track record of high level leadership, analytical and judgment skills. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, who looks at the bigger picture and has an open, adaptable and flexible "can do" attitude. You will also be someone who is confident using their own initiative, working under pressure, work across teams and departments. It is essential that you approach leadership with a supportive and coaching philosophy that enables colleagues to develop skills and knowledge.
