This is an exciting opportunity to join the Surgical team at NNUH. Each Divisional Operational Manager works within a departmental leadership team that includes a Clinical Director and a Matron. The Operational Manager is also part of the wider Divisional Operations team of seven supported by Business, Finance and Human Resource leads. Divisional Operational Managers report directly to the Divisional Operations Director. As the post holder, you will be responsible for the day to day operational management of all the services within your area. You will ensure services are organized in such a way as to deliver high quality care, financial balance and the achievement of operational performance standards. A key aspect of this is leadership of staff and continual service improvement; so you will have proven yourself in previous roles to be a self-motivated, engaged and engaging leader.
