Job Description
CLCH are currently seeking enthusiastic and ambitious Clinical Directors to support clinical and medical service development and quality. This is a key role for a committed and visionary clinician who will have the opportunity to influence and shape the development of community services in Barnet. Ideally from a primary care background, we are looking for someone who has a keen understanding and interest in the development of out of hospital services, and particularly in developing local relationships between CLCH and local GPs. The individual will work in close collaboration with the senior divisional team, on a number of exciting service developments around out of hospital care - Barnet GP led initiatives around Care Closer to Home, winter resilience and specialist pathways in the community. There is also an important leadership role integral to designing and strengthening clinical governance systems and high quality medical practice within CLCH in partnership with our Medical Director, Nursing and Quality teams Employment Type: FULL_TIME
