Overview
Workday HR Support & Security Analyst BOSS ERP work exclusively with a Workday Partner. Our award-winning client is seeking a Workday HR Support Analyst (Security) to join them on a permanent basis In London or West Sussex. The Role: Your primary responsibility will be providing 2nd & 3rd line support and administration on a daily basis for the Workday environment and Workday ecosystem. Assist with the transition of support processes from programme team and contract staff, through system stabilisation to steady-state BAU running. Support HCM areas in Workday, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment and Learning. Support and manage regular Workday feature upgrades and patching processes Requirements: Workday experience Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients Have completed HCM Fundamentals Training Exposure to Workday report writing and data structures Competitive salary and benefits.
