Job Description
Role Overview We now have an exciting opportunity for a Security Site Team Leader to join the G4S team. As a Security Site Team Leader you will lead the onsite Security Officers, ensuring the safety of staff, buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. It is a varied role where you will be required to provide regular briefings ensuring all individuals in the team are fully up to date, feedback and improve any issues identified and maintain effective customer relationships. You will provide on the job training and coaching to individuals and the team to ensure the skills of the team are continually developed to meet G4S and Client requirements.You will attend regular customer KPI meetings and maintain effective relationships with the customer striving to improve the service provision at all times. The Ideal Candidate You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the ability to think and act quickly under pressure. You must be flexible and available to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights.
