Credit Control Team Leader job - Accounts Receivable Team Leader job - Perm - £25,000-£28,000 - Chichester Your Company Hays Credit Management are working with a reputable and leading organisation based in Chichester. They are looking to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader on a full-time, permanent basis. Your Role You will be motivating a friendly and experienced team of 4 to help ensure the credit function runs smoothly. Using your people skills, you'll work closely to support your talented team whilst maintaining your own credit control ledger. What you'll need to succeed The successfully individual will demonstrate confidence in their existing leadership abilities or be ready to step up into a leadership position. Previous credit control experience is a must alongside a proven track record for cash collection. You will need to be able to form a trusting relationship with your team quickly. Successful candidates must be comfortable balancing their leadership responsibilities alongside their cash collection duties. Ideally, you will have worked in a high volume and busy credit control environment.
