Job Title: Team Leader Customer Services Location: Chichester Salary: £27,905 - £30,507 per annum Team Leader Customer Services - The Role: We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead the Customer Services team within the Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services Division. You will work as part of a team alongside another Team Leader and be responsible for the Customer Services Centre and Contact Centre. Team Leader Customer Services - You: - You will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to drive performance and service improvement - You will have extensive experience within Customer Services and the ability to quickly learn new service areas - You will have energy, be resilient and able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high quality customer focussed services Chichester District is a highly attractive place to live and work, home to a number of historic towns and villages, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
