Overview
Position: Team Leader / Supervisor Salary: £10 - £13ph depending on experience Location: Chichester Beacon are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Supervisor for a Market leading high-end manufacturer based in West Sussex. Main duties: • Ensure that all operators work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with the company’s Health & Safety requirements. • Complete any project set ups required throughout the shift as required including liaising when required by phone and email. • Support the supervisor with resolutions to any queries questions or concerns raised. • Assure product quality by defining the required labelling, material flow and product handling / packing disciplines in the Project Plan. • Organise the resources required to ensure the section operator targets are achieved. • Endeavour to ensure consistency allocation of operators to particular projects for consistency. The package: Hours: Rotating Shifts 06:00 – 14:30 & 15:00 – 23:30 Wages: £10 - £13ph depending on experience Overtime rates: 25% of your normal hourly rate for hours worked on a Saturday; 25% of your normal hourly rate for hours worked on a recognised nightshift; 50% of your normal hourly rate for hours worked on a Sunday; 50% of your normal hourly rate for hours worked on a public holiday. Excellent working environment. This Team Leader / Supervisor position is also commutable from Havant, Waterlooville, Cosham, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Brighton, Hampshire & West Sussex.
