Job Description

CLINICAL FELLOW IN PAEDIATRIC AND ADULT DERMATOLOGY This is a 12 month post to commence August 2020. This post is a joint post between paediatric and adult dermatology in Nottingham. The postholder will spend half the week training and gaining experience in all aspects of paediatric dermatology in a dedicated paediatric dermatology department within Nottingham Children's Hospital. In the other half of the week, the postholder will be based in adult dermatology at Nottingham treatment centre. Education and support will be provided according to the post holder's expertise. Applications from both doctors without specific dermatology experience as well as those wishing to further increase their expertise are welcome. The department has close links with the Centre for Evidence Based Dermatology in Nottingham and participation in research is encouraged and supported. The post is suitable for doctors wishing to pursue a career in dermatology including paediatric dermatology Hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with no on-call commitments.
