We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience within a similar role with a telecoms/highways background. You'll be working in a part of telent that is dedicated to transforming the way support is delivered nationwide to Openreach and other network operators, including Gigaclear. Role Profile: Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader you will take on the responsibility of investigation and administrative tasks for street works related charges and defects. Providing excellent service to our Customers and Highway Authorities. Responsibilities: \t * Follow the Compliance processes through to completion for fixed penalty notices, section 74 invoices, rectification of highway authority defects and associated inspection fees, as well as any other miscellaneous street works charges. \t * Work closely with Regional Street Works Managers/Officers and Commercial Department in analysis and reduction of street works costs. \t * Achieve and maintain both productivity and quality targets. Skills: \t * Previous experience within an administration role \t * The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. \t * A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages. \t * A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
