Overview
Temporary Customer Service Agent role with permanent opportunities. This is a full time position, must be able to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm. Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally from a telephone based background but retail also considered. Successful candidates will need to have a confident telephone manner and good computer skills. Must be available to start immediately and conduct telephone interview on 19th or 20th March 2020, The role: Inbound & outbound calls from an automatic dialling system to assist customers with a range of queries Using your initiative and problem solving skills to assist customer Working on a computer and using in house systems to be able to provide the best customer service Ensuring the customer is provided with the correct information, having the attention to detail in order to ensure that any account amendments are correct, this is as well as protecting customer’s account information and adhering to financial regulations Maintaining a high level of quality to deliver an outstanding customer journey The hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm Environment: Office / call centre Hot desk environment Working with two computer screens and with a headset Working on in-house computer systems
