Customer Care Officer - Multiple roles available Ongoing Temporary position £10.00 per hour Basildon THE COMPANY: One of the largest Housing Associations in London are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their growing team on a temporary basis. Training will be provided for this position. THE ROLE: - Answering queries via telephone, email, webchat and in writing - Be the first point of contact for all customers - Providing appropriate advice and information (training given) - Booking appointments for maintenance and repairs - Providing excellent customer service THE PERSON: - Previous experience within Customer Service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - IT Literate - Immediately available to start Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
