Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team within our Electrical Products business and its market leading MK Electric brand. You will work closely with the EP Offering Management Team and UKI Sales Leaders to deliver high impact marketing campaigns and programs for targeted channels, verticals and customer segments. This role will conceptualise and execute 'digital first' approach to achieve Return-On-Marketing-Investment (ROMI) metrics. The role will be based in our Basildon office. What you will be doing? * Take care of the UK and Republic of Ireland Customer Marketing Plan for all channels - trade, retail and e-commerce. * Execute demand generation marketing activities targeted at decision makers and key influencers in target verticals and segments. * Develop and execute coordinated new product launch campaigns in close collaboration with Offering Managers and Sales, optimizing multiple communication channels. * Translate voice of customer insights and value propositions into key messages and compelling content for brand, products, channels and verticals. * Use Honeywell's Lead-To-Revenue (L2R) workflow to identify leads and progress to wins - continuously measure and improve the quality and quantity of leads in the L2R funnel. * Build robust and effective sales enablement tools like demonstration kits, brochures, catalogs etc. * Handle the customer marketing budget, planning and reporting, with a focus on Return-On-Marketing-Investment. We're looking for: * Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or related field. * B2B marketing roles experience and/or strong B2C channel marketing experience. * Strong experience in digital demand generation campaigns, optimising effective strategies such as email marketing, virtual events, web, SEM and social. * Experience in executing participation at tradeshows, industry and/or company-led events. * Comfortable working on lead to revenue metrics (such as MQLs and SQLs). * Strong organisational and project planning skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills.
