Overview
Our Financial Services client, based in Basildon, is looking for people who are passionate about great customer service. You may be from a retail or hospitality background happy to talk to customers, resolve queries and work as part of a forward thinking and positive contact centre team. Our client excels in giving candidates the best opportunity to flourish in their business. Every new starter joins the team on a four week training period which will equip you with everything you need to shine in your new role They are looking for individuals to join one of their established banking Clients in their Customer Service team on a temporary ongoing basis with a view to be made permanent after a minimum of 3 months depending on performance. You will be handling various customer service queries, the type of calls you would be dealing with will be on behalf one of their Banking Clients incoming/outgoing calls. In every circumstance we will be providing first class customer service. Full-training given. Shift times available - 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm / 12pm - 8pm / 1pm - 9pm One weekend day required with a day off in the week. Ideal candidates will be from a customer-facing role where they have had to regularly solve customer issues, communicate in a positive, helpful and engaging manner and show a natural empathy to all customers. You do not need to come from an office background, our client is keen to see talented people from hospitality and retail backgrounds who have regularly dealt, face to face, or at the telephone with customers.
