Customer Care Officer - Multiple positions Ongoing Temporary position £10.00 per hour Basildon THE COMPANY: My client, a Housing Association, are looking for an experience Customer Care Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. THE ROLE: - Answering inbound queries via telephone, email, web chat and in writing - Be the first point of contact for all customers - Providing appropriate advice and information (training given) - Booking appointments for maintenance and repairs - Providing excellent customer service THE PERSON: - Previous experience within Customer Service - ideally Repairs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - IT Literate - Immediately available to start
