Job Description

Monarch Education are actively recruiting Behaviour Mentors and learning support staff for roles starting in September 2020. During this uncertain time when schools are closed across the UK, Monarch Education are busy finding new teaching assistants to support children as they return to school. Many children will require additional support within the classroom after having some time off, therefore schools will be looking for extra staff to facilitate this. There will be part time and full time positions in Swansea and Carmarthen. To apply for work in these schools you must have experience with CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR, this may include a background in supporting children with Autism, Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and ADHD. Applicants with work experience in Youth Work and with Young Offenders are also very welcome to apply.
