We are looking for experienced Support Workers to assist our team in Devon on a relief basis to support and enable our customers in their home, also in accessing the community with both day and night support roles available. You could be the perfect fit for this package if you have the following: * A caring, kind and empathetic approach * Enthusiasm, commitment and regards to everyone as equal * A passion about making a difference * Good communication skills * Ability and willingness to work flexibly across set shifts which may include some weekends * Some experience in Learning Disability or Mental Health Support work, either paid or through life experiences * Ideally but not essentially, a recognised care certification such as NVQ or QCF You will be given full training and support right from the outset.
