Would you like to join the Phlebotomy Team? We have a part time position available up to 30 hours per week phlebotomy position available. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your experience and learn new skills in this interesting role. We are a friendly, hard-working team and if you are: enthusiastic, committed to patient care and keen to learn, this could be an ideal role for you. We are a busy department which offers support services to our colleagues based on the wards at York Hospital and in our outpatient environment we employ over 32 phlebotomists. Although the team are based at York Hospital, our staff can also work at Selby War Memorial, Sherburn Medical Centre and Tadcaster Medical Centre and see over 240,000 patients per year. Experience is not essential as we will offer you a full supportive training package for the right candidate. The ability to transport yourself and equipment across the local area during the course of a normal working day is desirable for this role.
