Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance team for a passionate and highly professional Purchase Ledger Clerk. The successful individual will become a key part of our rapidly developing Pan-European Finance team based in our modern Holgate Park headquarters. Reporting to our management accounts team, this position would suit an individual seeking a career in a fast paced, growing company who has a keen attention to detail and autonomous work ethic. Responsibilities: * Processing purchase invoices to payment stage * Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods received * Supplier queries * Initiating and follow up of invoice queries - dealing with suppliers and internal staff/managers * Management of GRNI list * Supplier statement reconciliations Role Requirements - To be successful in your application, please ensure that your experience aligns with the following: * 3+ years' experience in a similar finance role i.e. Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable * Qualification or equivalent experience in numerical discipline (mathematics, finance or accounting) * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across MS Office * Experience using accounting systems e.g. Access Financials and bespoke software * Excellent analytical skills * Demonstrable commercial acumen * Keen to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment * Experience of European suppliers would be advantageous but not essential What we offer: * Competitive salary * Generous staff discount on all musical products * Cycle to work scheme * Free car parking * Corporate eye care * Refer a friend scheme * Free flu jabs * Employee Assistance Programme If you would like to further your career with a dynamic, growing company, where you can expect to be rewarded for hard work - please apply today!
