Job Description
Maintenance Manager - Imphal Barracks, Fulford. This static based role in Fulford, York has full responsibility for overseeing the effective, compliant and timely delivery of maintenance and response works at the Barracks You will monitor supply chain service delivery, review risk assessments and method statements and ensure full estates maintenance compliance across the site. You will have demonstrable experience of managing staff in estates management, you will have led an operational team and you will have managed safe systems of work. Ideally you will have had experience of operating in an MOD environment. HNC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Building/Civil.
