Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance team for a passionate and highly professional Accounts Assistant. The successful individual will become a key part of our rapidly developing Pan-European Finance team. More specifically they will join our cash management team, a diverse function sitting at the centre of our growing international business. Reporting to our management accounts team, this position would suit an individual seeking a career in a fast paced, growing company who has a keen attention to detail and autonomous work ethic. Responsibilities: * Multiple cash book cash allocations in GBP and other currencies * Managing daily banking and bank reconciliations * Reporting of daily cash book and payment provider balances to board * Credit card expenses administration * Checking and processing expenses information * Processing of customer refunds * Processing of supplier payments and other payments * Acting as a point of contact for finance queries * Updating supplier invoicing Role Requirements - To be successful in your application, please ensure that your experience aligns with the following: * 3+ years' experience in a similar finance role * Qualification or equivalent experience in numerical discipline (mathematics, finance or accounting) * Advanced Excel skills * Experience using accounting systems e.g. Access Financials, HSBCnet and bespoke software * Excellent analytical skills * Demonstrable commercial acumen * Keen to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment What we offer: * Competitive salary * Generous staff discount on all musical products * Cycle to work scheme * Free car parking * Corporate eye care * Refer a friend scheme * Free flu jabs * Employee Assistance Programme If you would like to further your career with a dynamic, growing company, where you can expect to be rewarded for hard work - please apply today!
