The Role.... To work within the Partner Management Team. Role will involve dealing with all aspects of 6 sheet & large format development and estate management including contract negotiations, landlord communication and correspondence, problem solving, timely resolution of queries, ad hoc project based work (as and when required) and running reports. Role & Responsibilities * Contract negotiation ensuring all negotiations satisfy the commercial and profitability requirements of the business * Liaison with Estates Coordinator for preparation of all contract documents and chasing up timely returns from external parties * Ensuring all contract documentation processes are adhered to and information provided is checked thoroughly before passing to Finance Team * Landlord communication including problem solving, settlement of queries and disputes * Timely resolution of all landlord site queries * Updating rent adjustments on systems * Supporting Estates Manager and Head of Partner Management * Mitigate panel loss * Effective liaison with all other internal departments where required Key Skills & Experience * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages * Excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues and departments and external parties (used to handling strong and difficult conversations) * Confidence in dealing with people of all levels * Articulate, clear and concise telephone manner * Strong oral and written communication skills * Numerate * Used to working in a fast, pressurised environment with constantly changing deadlines * Ability to multi-task * Accuracy and an eye for detail * Office administration and/or customer service background * Experience of negotiation/problem solving desirable * Pro-active and thinking outside of the box to find solutions to issues is essential
