Job Description

We are looking for a Content & Partnerships Lead, reporting to Head of Growth, who can take a 360 degree view to content to ensure that we generate customer success through education, engagement and ultimately support revenue generation. You should have a proven record in working with content writers, product managers, engineering, design and sales teams as well as external brand partners. You will be leading the articulation of Builders written and editorial communication channels and drive brand and paid partnerships (webinars, takeovers, newsletter inclusions, partnerships etc.). As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, you should think outside the box and take the initiative to strategise, plan and execute an omni channel content strategy aligned with our ambitious growth targets. Why We Need This Role We need to hire a leader who can build an effective growth strategy that connects product and marketing and is informed and driven by data. The underlying goal is to use the power of our customers and organic channels to bring more customers and thereby reduce customer acquisition costs. You will be managing external content writers and internal social media manager to produce high-quality pieces of content (blog articles, e-books, newsletters). First Six Month Deliverables * Develop an Omni Channel Content Strategy * Establish Brand Partnership strategy * Delivering content (produced by external writers) to drive sales * Create an internal content flow so everything is reusable and on brand * Build a data driven and measurable approach to content Requirements * Senior editorial and content experience * Experience of managing creative teams and working collaboratively * Proven track record of people management and development * Highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once * Management and analysis of content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce * Strategic, able to coordinate the work of others, research & collate information from different sources * Direct creative, scalable content strategies thoughtfully crafted for blogs, marketing, digital, partnerships and social media * Optimize companys presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social channels to educate, market and build a community * Rely on your natural and expert sense of design to build on-brand campaigns to use across channels * Collaborate with international and cross-functional partners to deliver content that can meet specific use-cases but also can be repurposed in creative ways * Stay on top of new channels and trends in digital and social by researching new ideas, channels, and being an active part of the social community * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, coach, and recruit for a strong content team to support company-wide initiatives.
