Reward Advisor / Senior Analyst

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to equip HR, Finance partners and line managers to understand reward principles, plans and processes and to make better reward decisions that drive the business forward while maintaining standards. Provides reward solutions for specific problems by analysing multiple sets of data and being cognisant of business context. Job Title: Reward Advisor / Senior Analyst Job Description: Role Responsibility * Review individual reward packages to facilitate, and input into, the decision making on non-leadership joiners and promotions * Prepare and collate data and opinions to facilitate others to make a decision on exceptions on reward package and timing * Resolve moderately complex benefits queries from employees and benefit vendors * Undertake market-wide analysis to test affordability and impact of various reward plan changes across different groups of the workforce * Undertake external and internal salary benchmarking using a variety of sources with an eye to which sources are most relevant for Dentsu * Update HRIS as appropriate on various compensation elements, typically relating to long-term incentives and special arrangements * Produce reports on people data and compensation as requested * Prepare presentations on reward data and projects pulling out relevant key insights for the audience * Enhance letter templates for bonus and salary reviews and prepare letters for the most senior executives * Design non-exec bonus process, tool and communications * Work with People Data Analytics on ideas and inputs for dashboards * Take a leading role in the bonus and salary review processes, often acting as main point of contact for the HR community and first line managers * Proactively engage the local HR community in reward practices and projects * Build an effective and efficient relationship with payroll and finance * Contribute to decision on timing of various cyclical reward processes * Review roles to recommend any changes on job levels up to level 40 * Engage in transactional activities in international mobility cases * Provide project support as needed Who we are looking for? * Advanced data analytics and charting skills * Highly numerate * Good communicator.
