Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective delivery of reward projects and annual reward processes. Analyses data and provides clearly articulated insights that drive better decisions on rewarding people. Job Title: Reward Analyst Job Description: Role Responsibility * Prepare information on individual reward histories to facilitate decision making on joiners, promotions, and termination * Resolve routine benefits queries from employees * Undertake market-wide analysis to test affordability and impact of various reward plan changes across different groups of the workforce * Undertake external and internal salary benchmarking using a variety of sources * Participate in external salary surveys in a timely manner * Update HRIS as appropriate on various compensation elements, typically relating to long-term incentives and special arrangements * Produce reports on people data and compensation as requested * Prepare presentations on reward data and projects ensuring audience are able to gain meaningful insights * Prepare letter templates for bonus and salary reviews * Co-ordinate and support the bonus and salary review processes * Produce playbooks for the local HR community in reward practices and projects as directed * Build an effective and efficient relationship with payroll * Coordinate activities relating to local recognition schemes * Maintain reward events calendar * Understand the job levelling framework and the links, if any, to reward * Provide project support as needed Who we are looking for? * Data analytical skills * Advanced Excel skills including charting capabilities * Highly numerate * Experience of analysis of multiple sets of data in a corporate or academic environment * Experience of mapping data for systems automation What you'll get from us Dentsu Aegis Network is a fantastic place to work with many great benefits on offer including 25 days' annual holiday, Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme, and get your Birthday day off!
