Overview * Seeking an experienced reward professional who thrives in an end-to-end role, from number-crunching to reward program design: someone who can analyse, create, communicate, constructively challenge & problem-solve * Ideal for someone looking for a challenge and eager to have a big impact on the business - we're building our reward profile and programs from the ground up! Main Responsibilities * Reporting to the Head of Reward, you'll support the annual Reward programs and activities for our employees globally including, but not limited to, salary review cycles, benefit management, incentive plans, salary survey completion & recognition programs * You'll act as a subject matter expert, supporting People Team colleagues and the business to resolve queries, solve problems and to build our Reward reputation * You'll own Reward data: you'll provide high quality data analysis and be able to translate it into a story, making recommendations on next steps. You'll create cost models and undertake reward reporting, working closely with our data experts in the People Ops team * You'll be a key player in the design and development of our global reward programs: using your experience, knowledge of current reward trends and critical thinking, you'll help guide the proposals to ensure we deliver the right outcome for the business * You'll collaborate with our People Ops team to support our benefit plans globally, including providing local HR Partners with advice & support, performance-managing vendors, renewing or remarketing existing contracts * You'll hold diversity & inclusion at the heart of everything we do, as well as ensuring we're compliant and helping the business reach its goals Skills & Experience * Fully competent in Excel with the ability to build complex formulae & create user-friendly data templates * All-round reward experience i.e. across compensation & benefits * Strong communication skills - this role will have exposure to senior stakeholders * 6+ years' experience in Reward.
