You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle. Role scope: * The Chief Information Security Officer is a senior leadership role within the CEEresponsible for supporting the member firms across the region in the development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of all information security related activities in alignment with the Global Network Information Security Strategy. * The role will require an ability to influence senior business and technology leadership across the CEE region, engaging with the business in all areas of information security, including: * Security policies and standards * Major incident management * Security consultancy * Legal and regulatory compliance * Security audits * Security budget * The successful hire will be required to utilize their experience to support the Network Information Security Strategy in the implementation of global security services at the local level across the CEE, improving the information security culture of the member firms, driving locally executed security services and ensuring that the overall information security strategy is aligned to the CEE's business needs. Key Skills * 10+ Years Experience in IT security, with ideally 5+ Years in a Management / Executive Role * Experience of working in a regulated, global organisation * Excellent influencing and communication skills (written and oral) * Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (including English) * Ability to manage multiple issues to closure cross borders and territories * Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) English Travel Requirements Up to 20% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
