Job Title: PMO Lead - Finance Platforms Job Description: Reporting into the Global Technology Director this role will lead the creation of an internal PMO function for the Finance and Procurement applications. You will be part of a new permanent team defining and implementing best practice. Transitioning from a third party lead function into a capability that supports all finance and procurement initiatives. Responsibilities * Planning - Owning the high level plans and ensuring that each initiative is adequately planned with a defined scope and agreed plan * Resource Management - Establish and maintain a resource engagement and management process for all resources in order to provide senior management with a clear view * Financial Reporting - Owning the tracking and reporting against budget, able to provide reports and updates to management as needed * Traceability - providing the function for managing documentation, history, CRs and approvals etc * Risk and issue management - implement and maintain risk and issue mechanism across all Finance initiatives * Meeting Facilitation - Responsible for establishing and organising all main project meetings, with timetable and agendas. Supplying the prompt production of minutes (where necessary) backed up with formally logged actions * Creating reports and forming board packs - ensuring the completed artifacts are completed and distributed in a timely manner * Team management - effectively manage PMO resources Who are we looking for? * Experience of leading or managing a small team * Experience of managing change or releases for a global organisation * Ability to operate in an environment of minimal structure and an environment of uncertainty * Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast paced environment * Experience is developing and deploying best practices and policies * Excellent leadership, management, facilitation and problem-solving skills What you'll get from us Dentsu Aegis Network is a fantastic place to work with many great benefits on offer including 25 days' annual holiday, Cycle to Work Scheme, and get your Birthday day off!
