Position is based in UK (preference) Are you a driven, talented, and experienced leader who is passionate about playing a high impact and key role to drive the go-to-market strategy for AWS? We are looking for a Customer Programs Leader who has strong organizational and communication skills, is hands-on, detail-oriented and adept at communicating complex information in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Reporting into the Head of EMEA Strategic Programs, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broaden AWS' use. In this role, you will lead a team of experienced Program Managers focused on developing a deep understanding of our customers and developing capabilities for our field team that will create the most positive impact for the customers and for the business in EMEA. You will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Sales Operations, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Leadership team and cross-functional teams. You will play an integral role in addressing challenges, implementing new solutions, identifying new opportunities to continuously develop initiatives that are scalable, and delivering successfully against high standards. You will have to lead, build and develop a diverse and high performance team that will deliver the best experience for customers (internally and externally). The right candidate has successful experience in leading a program management/GTM function as part of a global organization, possesses strong business acumen, broad leadership skills, and exceptional writing and communications skills. You will also demonstrate a proven track record of simultaneously driving multiple priorities, a customer-focused approach, affinity for a fast paced entrepreneurial environment, and a strong sense of ownership. Roles and Responsibilities Contributes to the development and execution of strategic and growth initiatives across EMEA customers' cloud adoption life-cycle Work with leaders across the business to provide a data-driven and programmatic approach that would inform GTM and the development and/or evolution of strategic programs Create mechanisms that help accelerate account growth and provide consistent metrics across the organization Implement and share best practices across the organisation and with worldwide counterparts Continuously refine and optimize programs to adjust to customer needs and ensure positive impact on the business Set a vision to grow the function and incubate new programs Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, impact and roadblocks to program deliverables Instil and maintain a positive culture in the organization that inspires performance and achievement
