We are looking for a talented PMO Analyst to join our PMO team in London to preside over, track and assist in the delivery of the Global Product & Technology (GPT) Transformation Workstream that sits within the Conde Nast Delivery & Transformation portfolio, ensuring appropriate control of time, cost, quality, risks, on-going visibility and expectations. To support the Delivery Lead for the Global Product & Technology Workstream to ensure implementation, common understanding of and adherence to: * Workstream-related processes covering all aspects and stages of project/work items and end to end delivery; upholding the necessary level of documentation, as required * All Conde Nast project management, related processes and methods including standard GPMO governance * Implementing the correct level of governance across the workstream for specific projects and work items * This includes; planning projects, tracking project progress against agreed expectations, registering and escalating risks and issues, coordinating regular and ad hoc meetings, assuring common understanding across the workstream team and stakeholders Direct responsibilities include: * Coordinates transformation activity, maintains plans, roadmaps and other PMO documentation. Tracks and manages risks, issues, dependencies and interfaces between projects, the overarching Delivery & Transformation portfolio and other initiatives * Manage the benefits framework and tracks delivery * Supports and helps drive the delivery of workstream activities and objectives * Supports the involvement and participation of Conde Nast stakeholders in the transformation activities, helping build a single, cohesive view of the GPT Workstream transformation. * Defining, redesigning and implementing specific processes, as determined and agreed with the Delivery Lead of the GPT Workstream and the Director of Delivery and Business Transformation * Supporting other programme administration tasks as requested by the Head of GPMO * The deliverables for the role will align to workstream, programme and project delivery processes, as defined by the Delivery Lead of the GPT Workstream * Measurement of performance will be against measures defined within these processes Essential: * Qualification: Prince2, APMP, PMI, MSP or similar * Direct experience of the definition and execution of project and/or programme management processes and practices * Direct experience of PMO roles for programmes and projects which encompass a mix of systems and business change * Direct experience of project planning tools - SmartSheets preferred * Direct experience of project financial management Nice to have: * Direct experience of transition and transformation projects and programmes * An understanding of business processes and stakeholder engagement in order to influence and steer process definition * Direct experience of benefits and budget tracking in the context of projects
