To find out more about how we champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace, visit: Her Majesty's Court and Tribunals Service is an agency of the MoJ and provides the supporting administration for the judiciary across England and Wales. It delivers services to the public directly in court and tribunal buildings, remotely via business centres and some limited services via the internet. The Reform Programme is a once in a generation opportunity to transform the entire HM Courts and Tribunals Service, enhancing the provision of a world-class justice system, in a manner that provides an improved user experience at reduced cost to the taxpayer. This will contribute to consolidating the UK's position at the forefront of an increasingly competitive international legal market as well as ensuring access to justice for all. The Role: The Future Operations Programme will deliver a new operating model and supporting capability to operations within our Courts and Tribunals as well as the Regional Operation and Courts and Tribunals Service Centres (CTSCs), transforming operational ways of working. This role sits within the Programme Management Office (PMO) within the Future Operations Programme. As a PMO Support Officer you will cover a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the programme objectives. The PMO Support Officer enables the smooth running of the programme by supporting the Head of PMO and PMO lead through the operation of programme management processes. We are looking for resilient, resourceful and adaptable people to make it happen, who have experience, or a strong interest, in working on programmes. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including governance, assurance, resourcing, finance and commissioning * Assist with a number of programme governance and assurance requirements including board escalations and decisions, Gateway reviews, 7-Steps decision points, Health Checks and within tolerance levels * Provide secretariat functions to the Programme Board including minute taking and commissioning * Oversee Programme Board meeting logistics * Monitor programme actions and decisions logs. Ensure resourcing requirements adhere to the PMO tracking processes * Manage a recruitment campaign lifecycle, organising interview and sift panels * Oversee the onboarding process of new joiners including asset tracking; * Review elements of project and programme expenditure monthly and liaise with Project Leads for verification and signoff. Raise purchase orders and receipting as required. * Input to the programme risks and issues register ensuring follow up to completion * Oversee and monitor consistent document management standards across the programme, manage system permissions for document management * Assess and evaluate information received from projects from a range of reporting sources in order to inform programme reporting * Assist the Programme Management Office PMO Lead with writing documentation and reports, and preparing procedure and guidance documentation * Identify and resolve operational problems, escalating more complex and difficult issues upwards to relevant members of the Programme team * Apply Continuous Improvement principles, tools and techniques to working practices to improve efficiency * Manage the PMO work trackers and task allocation sheets and update of work status sheets Other Dut
