What do we need from you so you can do the job? To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience coordinating and managing high level submissions Knowledge of SystmOne or a patient based IT system. Super user knowledge is advantageous The ability to prioritise workload to delegate effectively Advanced IT skills and IT Literacy including Word, Excel, Powerpoint Highly motivated as an individual and when working in a team Willingness to learn by self development In this role you will.... As the Systems and Performance Regional Lead, you will : Provide quality data submissions for internal and external reporting requirements You will assist in the development of management information and reporting systems to support managers (clinical and non-clinical) in the delivery of operational services. Assure key stakeholders that we are providing a service that people can trust and feel safe You will be proactively leading the service and motivating the team. Have the knowledge and skills to ensure safe care and build teams of both clinical and non clinical colleagues who will support each other. In return for your hard work you will..... Receive an annual salary of up to 36,000 - depending on experience. You'll also get a number of benefits including a company contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) plus CPD and re-validation support.
