Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract type: Temporary - 12 months We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Personalised Cancer Care Project Team Leader to join our Project Team. This is a 12 month post based inYork (with a requirement to travel across all Trust sites). The Personalised Cancer Care Project Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team delivering a range of developments, projects and work streams as part of the Trusts Personalised Cancer Care & Support agenda. As an integrated provider of both Acute and Community Services, the Trust has a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of the national move towards delivering personalised Cancer Care. This involves working with a wide range of stakeholders and healthcare providers across both Primary and Secondary care settings and with the Cancer Alliance and our regional colleagues. The successful applicant will have experience of service development and project management, managing and delivering change effectively on complex projects as well as managing a team and leading from the front. They should be motivated to function independently, using initiative to manage their own workload without close supervision to work to agreed deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to motivate, negotiate and influence on complex and sensitive projects with others, at a strategic level.
